Excludes Mosques, Missed Boston Bombers

Homeland Insecurity: The White House assures that
tracking our every phone call and keystroke is to stop terrorists, and yet it
won't snoop in mosques, where the terrorists are.That's right, the government's sweeping surveillance of our most private communications excludes the jihad factories where homegrown terrorists are radicalized.
Since October 2011, mosques have been off-limits to FBI agents. No more surveillance or undercover string operations without high-level approval from a special oversight body at the Justice Department dubbed the Sensitive Operations Review Committee.
Who makes up this body, and how do they decide requests? Nobody knows; the names of the chairman, members and staff are kept secret.
We do know the panel was set up under pressure from Islamist groups who complained about FBI stings at mosques. Just months before the panel's formation, the Council on American-Islamic Relations teamed up with the ACLU to sue the FBI for allegedly violating the civil rights of Muslims in Los Angeles by hiring an undercover agent to infiltrate and monitor mosques there.
Before mosques were excluded from the otherwise wide domestic spy net the administration has cast, the FBI launched dozens of successful sting operations against homegrown jihadists inside mosques and disrupted dozens of plots against the homeland.
If only they were allowed to continue, perhaps the many victims of the Boston Marathon bombings would not have lost their lives and limbs. The FBI never canvassed Boston mosques until four days after the April 15 attacks, and it did not check out the radical Boston mosque where the Muslim bombers worshipped.
The bureau didn't even contact mosque leaders for help in identifying their images after those images were captured on closed-circuit TV cameras and cellphones.
One of the Muslim bombers made extremist outbursts during worship, yet because the mosque wasn't monitored, red flags didn't go off inside the FBI about his increasing radicalization before the attacks.
This is particularly disturbing in light of recent independent surveys of American mosques, which reveal some 80% of them preach violent jihad or distribute violent literature to worshippers.
What other five-alarm jihadists are counterterrorism officials missing right now, thanks to restrictions on monitoring the one area they should be monitoring?

There is a reason. It is called law.
The muslims are not legally US CITIZENS in the strictest sense of the statutes and the 14th Amendments. They also fall under the Foreign organizations act and as such can not be screened, searched, or checked under the Trading with the enemy act of 1936 as amended in recent years.
When we all begin to look at our status we will begin to move away from being US CITIZENS and to becoming Foreign citizens of our states.
Then we will have our rights under the Constitution returned.
Its obvious to me that the Boston bombings were an inside job. That's why no intel from the NSA in that regard.

I am converting to Islam. I am serious. This is absolutely ridiculous, of course all the "terrorist attacks" have been stage by the Government, so they can have an excuse to spy on everything we do, including this email. Time and again Muslims are at the core of this stage attacks and they are immune to surveillance? I am laughing so hard I am crying, why do we put up with this idiots, I wonder. No wonder this Country is going down in flames!!!!
Probably because they are Muslim and they will claim a religious grieved status and that is the agenda that they want to bring in to NOT do or say anything against the Muslims or spy on them. I AM PROTESTING RIGHT NOW AND CLAIMING A GRIEVED STATUS THAT BECAUSE I AM A CHRISTIAN AND I AM BEING SPIED ON BECAUSE I AM CHRISTIAN AND NOT MUSLIM. IF I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING THAT OFFENDS THE MUSLIMS THEN THE MUSLIMS CANNOT DO OR SAY ANYTHING THAT OFFENDS ME AS A CHRISTIAN AND THAT THERE IS REVERSE DISCRIMINATION TOWARDS CHRISTIANS, AND I MIGHT JUST SUE BECAUSE I AM GOING TO CLAIM A GRIEVED RELIGIOUS STATUS. You are spot on about the fourteenth amendment citizen. They (the corporate powers that be) make you contract with through your drivers license; social security et al. TIme to stop contracting with them and stating on everything that you fill out that you are NOT a fourteenth amendment citizen of the UNITED STATES.

I don't understand how we Americans let this happen. I suppose because there's 47 million people on food stamps and another 40 million receiving unemployment because they are too damn lazy to work. Add all the uneducated people and then we have a problem, don't you think.
